Where do you ship?

We only ship within Malaysia at the moment, but will soon be expanding our coverage!
What are the shipping fees for my order?

Shipping is FREE for all orders RM200 and above. For orders less than RM200, shipping is RM8 to West Malaysia, and RM13 to East Malaysia.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days after your order is confirmed. Tracking details will be provided via email.
How do I care for my Aphrodite products?

Only use a water-based lubricant with your Aphrodite products. After use, clean with soap and water, then dry well and store in a dust-free place. Do not share intimate products with others, and keep out of children's reach.
What are the returns policy?

We carefully inspect all our products before sending out to ensure that they are in perfect condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. If however your product is malfunctioning upon reception, we will replace it with a new one. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging, and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
